Get your child signed up for their yearly physical! These 30-minute check-ups are head-to-toe exams, including developmental and mental health screenings, vision and hearing tests, necessary immunizations, and guidance on sleep, nutrition and safety.

Limited spots will be available August 20th, 2026 during the Back-To-School Bash. The Well Child Check is part of the passport that will need to be checked off to enter the raffles.

*If your child goes to another facility, documentation stating that they received a well-child check there will suffice.
